As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will contribute to Northern Health’s mission and enhance nursing competencies. You will plan and deliver training sessions to staff, ensuring compliance with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives standards. The position includes support for the onboarding and orientation of internationally educated nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify training needs and compile session materials
• Deliver effective orientation and education programs
• Facilitate mentorship and preceptorship programs




• Coordinate in-service programs for continuous education
• Review and revise patient care policies and procedures

Requirements:
• 3 years recent experience in acute medical/surgical unit
• Willingness to travel and support nursing staff
• Solid leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
• Current resume required for consideration
