Eligibility Note To qualify for a student (Co-op/Internship) opportunity, students must be enrolled in their academic studies at a post-secondary institution (university/college) and must be returning to school after completion of their work term with QuadReal. If you are a student registered in an official co‑op program at your post‑secondary institution and completion of a final work term is a mandatory component for you to graduate, you are eligible to apply with the understanding that you will leave QuadReal at the end of your work term or have the possibility to be considered for full‑time opportunities.
Reporting to the Service Desk Team Lead You’ll join a global Service Delivery team spanning Los Angeles to London, UK, supporting QuadReal’s people and real estate portfolio worldwide. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues, work alongside experienced analysts,
and help modernize how we deliver support - including using state‑of‑the‑art tooling to leverage automation and AI.
You’ll also support the technology behind QuadReal’s acquisitions and business purchases, and provide hands‑on support for high‑profile corporate events.

What You Will Experience Prioritizing & resolving incoming IT issues/requests remotely via email, chat, phone, or in person.
Triage and resolve incoming IT issues via email, chat, phone, and walk‑ups, aiming for a outstanding experience every time
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room AV
Document, validate,
and update tickets in ServiceNow; elevate when appropriate
Maintain accurate asset records - reconcile devices, clean up duplicates, keep ownership and location current
Contribute knowledge articles, SOPs, and user guides
Bring ideas to continuous service improvement, including automation and AI‑enabled workflows
Support IT readiness for acquisitions, integrations, and executive/corporate events
Collaborate across IT teams and global offices
What You Will Bring Enrolled in a post‑secondary IT or Computer Science program; ITIL Foundations, A+, or Network+ an asset
Working knowledge of Windows, networking, Office 365, and Active Directory
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with all types of personalities and discreet with confidential information
Organized, detail‑oriented self‑starter who can juggle competing priorities under pressure
Prior help desk, ServiceNow, or Azure portal exposure an asset
Genuine enthusiasm for customer service and for QuadReal's values around sustainability and social responsibility
Work Conditions Onsite in Toronto during business hours; occasional modified hours to meet business and event requirements.
