As a vital part of CanaDream's service team, the RV Technician will report to the Service Manager, focusing on maintaining the functionality and safety of recreational vehicles. Essential skills include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing diagnostic tools, and providing customer service excellence. This role offers the opportunity to train and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive RV inspections for safety and performance
• Diagnose issues using advanced tools and techniques




• Mentor Shop Helpers and RV Technician Assistants
• Perform pre-delivery inspections for quality assurance
• Install RV accessories and assist with on-road troubleshooting

Requirements:
• Valid RV Technician certification or equivalent experience
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Propane certification required in Vancouver
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
