If you are looking for an opportunity to experience working on a short-term basis with a market research leader, Gartner have an exciting project with the Global Consulting Team. The role will be a short term B2B customer experience market research project in the Telecoms industry. We are looking for someone available to work part-time in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Ability to purchase telecom products and services on behalf of a small business, either you own a small business or you work for a small business and look after their purchasing of Telecommunication services
• Be a Business Customer of one of the following operators: Telus, Rogers, or Bell
• Able to access operator website portals
• Fluent in local language as well as fluency in speaking and writing in English.
  
  
  
  
• Resident in the local country
• Full eligibility to work in the country in which you are applying
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of Business fixed line and mobile contracts
• Access to a working telephone and computer
• Digital “savvy” – understands digital, internet services and has extensive experience with technology as consumer
• Business / IT background preferred
• Desired – enrolled / recently graduated from a Business / Computer science degree
