Key Responsibilities

• Manage a wide-ranging caseload of litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and other court materials
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies
• Participate in examinations for discovery, mediations, hearings,

• Communicate directly with clients and provide practical legal advice
• Collaborate with experienced partners and other members of the litigation team

Qualifications

• Called to the provincial bar and in good standing
• Relevant experience in civil, commercial, construction, or insurance litigation
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team
• Excellent judgment, communication, and client-service skills
• A genuine interest in continuing to develop a sophisticated litigation practice
