With 10-15 years of experience required, this position involves setting standards, reviewing designs, and providing technical oversight on high-risk projects. Your leadership will guide engineering practices and mentor both senior and junior engineers within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Protection & Control SME for multiple high-voltage projects
• Uphold P&C; philosophy and best practices for substations




• Oversee complex project reviews and technical approvals
• Support FATs and SATs for intricate installations
• Mentor engineers to improve P&C; standards

Requirements:
• 10-15 years in utility-focused engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer registration in Canada
• Expertise in substation protection philosophy
• Familiarity with protection software like ASPEN and SKM
