• Lead development of submarine training solutions for customers

• Conduct training needs assessments during pre-contract phases
• Design scalable, modular training systems aligned with strategies
• Facilitate workshops and present strategies to stakeholders

Requirements:
• 15+ years in industry or military service
• 10+ years in defense training program development
• Experience with multidiscipline team leadership
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to obtain Canadian and/or NATO Secret Security Clearance
