Join the Palliative Care Unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital as a Regular Part Time Registered Nurse in Surrey, B.C. Provide compassionate care to patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a vital health hub.

This part time role demands experienced and patient-centered Registered Nurses for our Palliative Complex Care Unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while ensuring the dignity and rights of patients are maintained. Collaboration with health team members is essential for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement patient-centered care in Palliative Unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective treatment
• Advocate for patient rights and cultural competence




• Participate in quality improvement and research activities
• Provide education and support to nursing staff and students

Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved Nursing School
• One year recent acute nursing or palliative care experience
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate relevant medical equipment
