As a vital member of Telesat, you will provide 24/7 network surveillance and support to satellite communications services. Your role will involve monitoring customer networks, troubleshooting reported faults, and performing hands-on maintenance for critical systems. You will also cooperate with the Network Engineering Division, ensuring that services remain operational and high-quality for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide telephone support to satellite communication customers
• Conduct corrective maintenance on RF communication equipment
• Ensure accurate documentation of network issues




• Monitor remote networks and take corrective actions
• Assist in implementing new services with the engineering team

Requirements:
• 3-year Electronics/Telecommunications Diploma required
• 1-2 years experience in the telecommunications field preferred
• Knowledge of RF/microwave communications is essential
• Solid troubleshooting skills with various telecom test equipment
• Ability to work autonomously in a shift rotation environment
