You will lead care conferences, manage medications, and educate families on health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized nursing care aligned with resident needs
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Implement and evaluate care plans effectively




• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Respond to medical emergencies and oversee nursing tasks

Requirements:
• Current LPN registration in the applicable province
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Robust clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in electronic documentation and CPR certified
• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
