In this pivotal role, you will act as the first contact for members at 10XTO. You are responsible for overseeing daily front desk tasks, facilitating efficient member check-ins, and resolving any concerns in a timely manner. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for ensuring an outstanding member experience at our 90,000 sq. ft. facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute front desk daily operations efficiently
• Manage member flow in and out of the club
• Address member and guest inquiries swiftly




• Process cash and credit transactions accurately
• Collaborate with other departments for quality service

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or customer service experience
• Familiarity with CSI/Daxko software preferred
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and email
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Versatile schedule availability for various shifts
