Become an integral part of Orangetheory Fitness as an Assistant Studio Manager. Help elevate our studio’s community impact, drive performance, and assist in delivering exceptional member experiences.

In this role, you will support the Studio Manager and engage with members to create a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, leading studio tours, and promoting fitness through the OTF concept. You'll also help generate leads, address member inquiries, and work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first workout.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all studio visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge
• Present the OTF fitness concept to prospective members
• Manage front desk operations including member communication




• Generate traffic and leads for membership growth
• Collaborate with trainers during current member workouts

Requirements:
• Passion for fitness and customer service
• Previous experience in sales or studio management
• Strong communication skills with members and guests
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized studio
• Commitment to promoting a positive community atmosphere
