As an Inventory Parts Specialist, you will oversee the purchasing and distribution of equipment parts and supplies for our head office and field operations. Your responsibilities include tracking invoices and preventative maintenance data while working closely with managers and mechanics to fulfill orders. This role emphasizes commitment to safety and efficient parts management in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Purchase parts based on requests from supervisors and team members
• Shop and compare prices for quality supplies across vendors




• Input invoices and purchase orders accurately into the system
• Assist in loading and unloading parts from delivery vehicles
• Promote and adhere to safety standards across the organization

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Journeyman Parts Technician trade ticket preferred
• Class 5 Driver’s License required
• 4 years’ experience in an equipment shop
• Knowledge of JD Edwards and Microsoft Office

Experience efficient inventory management and parts procurement while contributing to a culture of safety at N.P.A. in Edmonton.
