Role Overview:
The Talent Coordinator will play a key role in securing brand partnerships and ensuring that projects run smoothly, working closely with our Talent Managers, Talent, and the Brands involved in each campaign. This position requires a charismatic and organized individual who is excited about the opportunity to network with some of the world's biggest brands and creators.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management : Maintain ongoing communication with current and potential clients to strengthen partnerships
Collaboration : Work closely with the team to share insights, align on strategies, and support overall business development efforts
Brand Partnerships : Understand current industry and brand trends to identify unique opportunities for creators to partner with brand
Campaign Execution : Assist with campaign briefs,
contract negotiations, and communication with both the brand and the client
Admin : Assist in keeping up-to-date meeting notes, client information, and email communication with brands and clients
Digital Media: Assist with the creation and generation of Pitch Decks, Media Kits, and Creator Brand Decks
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in project management, customer service, or a related field
Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills
Experience in client development, business development, or related roles
Strong networking skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
Excellent research and analytical abilities
Experience in project coordination and brand partnerships is an asset
Proactive, self-starter with solid communication skills
