Visual Merchandiser & Marketing @ Local Supply Co

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and retail-minded person to join our team in a Visual Merchandising & Marketing role with hands-on floor staff responsibilities.

Must be able to work daytime hours & some Saturdays.

Up to 40 hours weekly.

Opportunity to grow into a larger marketing, merchandising, or managerial role.

:

Visual merchandising and maintaining the overall look and feel of the store.

Creating and refreshing product displays, floor layouts, window displays, and in-store promotions.

Keeping merchandise organized, stocked, tagged, and presented to brand standards.

Supporting marketing initiatives, promotions, campaigns, and in-store events.

Creating and organizing promotional signage and other marketing materials.

Assisting with social media and online marketing content.

Monitoring online product activity and helping keep product information and presentation up to date.

Customer service and assisting customers on the retail floor.

Running the till and supporting daily store operations.

Opening the store in the mornings.





Warranty and Special Order intake & assisting the floor manager.

Processing and packing online orders.

General store upkeep, cleaning, stocking, and organization.

Working as part of the retail floor staff team and helping wherever needed during busy periods.

Assets:

Previous visual merchandising, retail, marketing, or sales experience.

Strong eye for presentation, design, and attention to detail.

Creative mindset and interest in branding, social media, and marketing.

Knowledge of the brands we carry and the gear we sell.

Previous retail/floor staff experience.

Experience creating promotional or social media content.

Knowledge of POS systems (Shopify & Lightspeed).

Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
