Experience Without Limits
Come shape the future of brand experience.
At Jack Morton, we design and build head-turning, smile-inducing, impact-driving brand experiences that redefine what experiential marketing can achieve. We help our clients unlock the full value of experiences by turning bold ideas into meaningful connections.
That takes a team that's bold, curious, and acts as one. We build on each other's ideas, challenge conventions, and show up for one another every day. Here, you'll do your best work, grow quickly, and partner across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.
This is a place where curiosity drives what’s next, boldness raises the bar, and every win is shared. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the passion and talent of the people behind it.
Experience without limits—in your work, your growth, and your impact.
Make graphics that people actually see!
Onsite, Monday-Friday | Hands-on production environment
At Jack Morton, we create the events, exhibits, and brand experiences that people remember. Behind every incredible experience is a team of skilled craftspeople who turn digital designs into real-world graphics that look great, hold up, and make an impact.
We're looking for a Graphic Production Technician who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in the details, and knows how to turn rolls of vinyl and large-format prints into polished, installation-ready graphics.
If you know your way around vinyl, laminating, trimming, weeding, masking, and finishing, and you like seeing your work become part of major events, trade shows, and experiential environments, you'll have the opportunity to do meaningful, highly visible work here.
This is a fully onsite position, 5 days per week.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of the team responsible for taking large-format graphics from production through finishing and, when needed, installation.
Produce, finish,
and install vinyl and large-format graphics
Laminate large-format digital prints and prepare them for their final application
Weed, mask, trim, cut, and otherwise finish graphics to exact specifications
Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, color, and consistency
Keep projects moving against tight production and shipping deadlines
Prepare graphics for shipment, installation, or delivery to event sites
Assist with onsite graphic installations when needed
Maintain production materials and help minimize waste through smart material usage
Perform routine equipment maintenance and flag opportunities to improve equipment or workflow
Share your technical knowledge and best practices with teammates
Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe
Look for ways to make our processes faster, smarter, and better
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and doesn’t need to be told twice to fix a detail that isn’t right.
You have:
Hands‑on experience in large-format graphics, sign making, print finishing, or a similar production environment
Solid knowledge of vinyl application, laminating, weeding, masking, trimming, and finishing
A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to producing work you’re proud to put your name on
The ability to work independently while being a reliable teammate
Strong organization and time-management skills
The ability to stay focused and productive when deadlines are tight
A positive, solutions-oriented attitude
A willingness to learn new equipment, techniques, and production methods
Nice to Have
Experience operating large-format printers and finishing equipment
Experience producing graphics for trade shows, exhibits, events, retail environments, or branded spaces
Familiarity with shop safety and production best practices
Experience with graphic installation
Why You’ll Like This Role
This isn’t production work where your finished product disappears into a warehouse.
Your work becomes part of the experience.
You’ll help create graphics that appear in high-profile events, trade shows, exhibits, and branded environments—and you’ll get to see the finished product in the real world.
You’ll work alongside creative, production, and technical professionals who care about the details and understand that great execution is what turns a good idea into an experience people remember.
If you’re someone who gets satisfaction from taking something from raw material to a finished, polished product, this is a place where that skill matters.
If you take pride in your craft and want to see your work come to life, we’d love to meet you.
Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
