As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will create designs to meet technical and customer needs while ensuring safety and operational requirements are met. Key responsibilities include developing concepts for direct-to-chip liquid cooling and HVAC systems, preparing flow and pressure schedules, and collaborating on design reviews. Your expertise will shape the delivery phase from site selection to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce mechanical design concepts for cooling systems
• Prepare heat and mass balances and P&IDs;
• Review consultant mechanical deliverables for compliance
• Confirm design performance meets sustainability targets
• Engage in multidisciplinary coordination through all project phases
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical or energy fields
• Experience with data center HVAC design
• Knowledge of hydronic systems and airflow management
• Ability to deliver technical specifications with precision
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
