Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and finalize Tipalti Services Agreements and related documents
• Lead vendor-side contracting for diverse operational agreements
• Advise sales, procurement, and finance teams on legal matters




• Shape the Contracting Playbook for improved workflows
• Employ AI tools effectively across contract types

Requirements:
• J.D., LL.B., or equivalent law degree, in good standing
• 8+ years of experience in commercial technology transactions
• Familiarity with SaaS, DPAs, NDAs, and SOWs
• Enthusiasm for AI tools in legal practices
• Strong cooperative communication skills
