Join the Facilities Asset Management unit to coordinate minor capital projects and preventative maintenance. This position involves preparing Terms of Reference, managing budgets, and liaising with contractors and public works teams. You will inspect for compliance, enforce safety standards, and provide technical advice to enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate construction and development projects effectively
• Create and manage Requests for Proposal and budgets
• Inspect sites for contract compliance and needed repairs




• Collaborate with contractors and public works crews
• Prepare various technical reports and project specifications

Requirements:
• Diploma in building technology or related experience
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance methods and procedures
• Ability to review and analyze construction documents
• Driver's Licence for British Columbia is required
• Experience in safety regulations and compliance
