In this role under the Manager of Wildlife Research, you will develop and implement wildlife management initiatives that meet the obligations of the Minister. The position requires solid experience in managing field logistics, data inventory, and budget administration while delivering biologically sound advice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and conduct wildlife research programs, including aerial surveys
• Present findings and interpret research data effectively
• Manage field logistics and data sample inventory
• Supervise and delegate tasks to subordinates
• Foster consultations with HTOs and wildlife organizations
Requirements:
• Master of Science in Biology or related field
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Valid Firearms Possession and Acquisition License
• Ability to handle wildlife immobilization drugs
• Current passport required within six months of hire
