Your responsibilities include processing insurance paperwork, assisting with customer quotes, and negotiating terms with underwriters. With a commitment to professionalism, you'll maintain customer files and facilitate insurance certificates, all while nurturing relationships with clients and insurers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt service and resolve customer insurance inquiries
• Process incoming commercial paperwork and manage client documentation
• Assist customers with quotes and new business requests
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with underwriters and follow through on claims status
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of commercial insurance experience
• Valid provincial insurance license or willingness to obtain
