Join Ryder as a Warehouse Management Systems Analyst in Milton, ON. Troubleshoot and support WMS and TMS applications while enhancing hardware and network systems. In this full time, permanent role, you'll assist Operations Teams and Technology Account Leads with incident resolution and hardware management.

Your background in Supply Chain or Logistics will be beneficial in identifying root causes and implementing long-term improvements such as Customer Enhancements and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Engage directly with stakeholders to provide essential support and training. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Service Now incident tickets by documenting and escalating issues
- Collaborate with Technology Account Leads on re-occurring issues




- Propose enhancements for WMS/TMS applications
- Maintain hardware assets and IT asset documentation
- Support training and documentation for user enhancements Requirements:
- H.S. diploma/GED; Associate's preferred in IT or Supply Chain
- Minimum of one year experience in Supply Chain logistics
- Basic knowledge of WMS/TMS systems
- Familiarity with SQL for query execution
