A strong working knowledge and experience with WMS systems such as ShipHero, Extensiv, Helm WMS or similar software is a must for this role. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Systems Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role that bridges office operations and on-the-floor warehouse activity. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accurate inventory management, and efficient coordination of logistics.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule inbound and outbound trailers, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries - Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to manage daily logistics operations - Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, shipments, and order fulfillment - Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including cycle counts and reconciliation - Oversee cross-docking operations to optimize product flow and minimize storage time - Support pick and pack operations to ensure order accuracy and efficiency - Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation - Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments, inventory,



and documentation - Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures - Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse and logistics processes Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Warehousing & logistics - Strong working knowledge of WMS platforms - Experience with inventory control and reconciliation - Familiarity with cross-docking and distribution operations - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications:
