Our financial services client is seeking a Entry Technical Analyst (2–3 years of experience) to support the Trade Floor relocation using technology installation and troubleshooting

Join a Capital Markets Technology team supporting a large-scale Trade Floor relocation project to CIBC Square. This role focuses on onsite installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of technology equipment including monitors, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. The opportunity provides exposure to technology used within a trading floor environment and offers consistent onsite project work.

Must Haves

- 2–3 years supporting and installing technology equipment
- Hands-on troubleshooting for monitors, desktops, laptops, printers,



and peripherals
- Availability for onsite work during weekdays and weekends
- 1+ years in Help Desk/Entry Level support

Nice to Have

- Trade Floor experience

Responsibilities

- Provide onsite support for the Trade Floor relocation to CIBC Square
- Coordinate installation of technology equipment within the new Trade Floor setting
- Execute configuration of monitors, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Deploy technology equipment for business use
- Move computers and related equipment during the relocation project
- Troubleshoot basic technology issues onsite
- Ensure devices are operational and ready for use
