Become a Wireline Field Operator with Weatherford, taking on planning, rigging, and maintenance tasks while ensuring safe operations in the field. This role involves physical readiness, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.
In this seasonal position, you will perform critical tasks under the direct supervision of a Field Supervisor. Key responsibilities include driving Wireline units, servicing down-hole tools, conducting Wireline cable tests, and adhering to all safety and quality protocols. Operators are also required to work a rotation schedule of 21 days on and 7 days off.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct planning and load-out for Wireline operations
• Drive Wireline units to diverse job locations
• Service and maintain down-hole tools and auxiliary equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and Wireline cable tests
• Adhere to safety and quality management systems
Requirements:
• Class 3 or Class 1 operator's license with clean abstract
• Physically fit with demonstrated mechanical ability
• Willingness to travel with the Wireline crew
• Positive team interaction skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
