Support the Engineering Incubator at the University of Alberta as an Entrepreneurship Program Admin. This hybrid role requires creativity and operational oversight to ensure smooth daily operations.

Located at North Campus, Edmonton, this one-year term position prioritizes internal candidates including former employees. You will manage the incubator's physical space, coordinate events, and oversee communications. This role blends content creation, social media management, and logistics to maintain an organized environment that fosters innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the incubator’s daily operations and facilities
• Coordinate and logistics for events and programs
• Create engaging content for internal and external communications




• Execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms
• Support stakeholders, co-op placements, and university partners

Requirements:
• Experience in administrative or operational support roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Creative mindset for content creation and marketing
