Key Responsibilities:
• Provide non-clinical support to distressed families
• Conduct home visits and create individualized support plans




• Facilitate access to parenting education programs
• Advocate for families in various systems
• Co-facilitate ReKnew PAR group sessions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
• Expertise in group facilitation and adult learning
• Understanding of family systems and intimate partner violence
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle access
• Availability for evening sessions
