Midwives operate in shifts, ensuring accessible and professional maternity services without on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe maternity care throughout pregnancy and postpartum
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Conduct prenatal visits in group settings




• Facilitate postpartum home visits for new families
• Advocate for patients’ needs and familial support

Requirements:
• Current midwifery registration in Ontario
• 2-3 years of recent midwifery experience
• Proven skills in clinical assessment and patient advocacy
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Familiar with hospital guidelines and standards
