£32,000 - £34,000 per annum | 40 hours per week | Level 3 Early Years Qualification Required

The nursery has been thoughtfully designed to provide a warm, fun, and nurturing atmosphere where children are encouraged to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Carefully planned learning spaces support every stage of development, while the outdoor environment offers endless opportunities for exploration, adventure, and imaginative play.

This role is ideal for an experienced and passionate Level 3 early years professional who enjoys leading a room, supporting colleagues, and creating engaging experiences that help children reach their full potential

Who We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner – desirable

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

Excellent communication and leadership skills

A nurturing and child-centred approach

Passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing

Key Responsibilities
Leading the day-to-day running of your designated room

Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

Supporting and mentoring team members within the room

Planning and implementing engaging learning experiences

Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing setting

Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Monitoring children's progress and supporting their development

Ensuring safeguarding and nursery standards are consistently maintained
