Insurance clientis continuing to develop its pricing and business rules management capabilitiesthrough the Earnix platform. To support this transformation, we are seeking aSenior Consultant - Agile Project Manager / Product Owner capable of bridgingthe gap between business teams, IT teams, suppliers, and executivestakeholders.
Thesuccessful candidate will lead initiatives related to the delivery of Earnixfeatures, priority management, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and theachievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities Project Management and Leadership Leadprojects and initiatives related to the Earnix platform.
Plan andcoordinate the work of the various teams involved.
Ensureadherence to costs, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare andlead project committees and follow-up meetings.
Produceperformance indicators and progress reports for management.
Agilityand Product Ownership Act asProduct Owner or business representative to Agile teams.
Manage andprioritize the backlog based on business value.
Write andmaintain user stories and acceptance criteria.
Participatein Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Refinement, Review, andRetrospective).
Ensurealignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
StakeholderCoordination Collaboratewith pricing, actuarial, underwriting, IT, data, and architecture teams.




Coordinatewith external vendors, including Earnix.
Gather,analyze, and document business requirements.
Facilitatedecision-making and issue resolution.
Ensureeffective communication between all stakeholders.
ChangeManagement Supportbusiness units in adopting new solutions.
Develop andcoordinate deployment strategies.
Participatein user acceptance testing (UAT) planning.
Identifyorganizational impacts and mitigation plans.
Requirements DesiredProfile Experience Minimum of8 years of experience in managing technology or transformation projects.
Significantexperience in an Agile environment.
Experienceas a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager.
Experiencein the insurance or financial services sector.
Participationin projects involving business rules, pricing, or advanced analytics platforms.
Skills Excellentcommand of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Protected).
Strongstakeholder management skills.
Excellentoral and written communication skills.
Inspiringleadership and influence.
Ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
Toolsand technologies:Jira,Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project (an asset)
