Aritzia is growing and our Digital Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering everyday luxury experiences to Aritzia’s clients by leveraging technology to meet and exceed the vision and mission of the business. As the Senior Manager/ Manager, Omni Analytics, you will combine your deep understanding of our landscape,



with your passion for data and masterful analytics skills to uncover opportunities that will enable Aritzia to deliver world class every day luxury experiences . THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager/Manager , Omni Analytics , you will :

Partner with stakeholders and cross functional partners to inform strategy, develop roadmaps and t ranslate business requirements into explicit ly defined outputs such as analyses, dashboards and data models

Define measurement strategies and leverage advanced statistical techniques to deliver high - quality insights that drive business outcomes and improve decision-making

Effectively communicate complex insights to senior leadership , leveraging data visualization best practices and story telling

Deliver scalable dashboards , data models and reports to enable self-service analytics

Direct and mentor a high-performing team , providing technical leadership, fostering continuous professional growth and ensuring delivery excellence

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager/Manager , Omni Analytics has:

Proven skills, certifications,educationand/or experience in:

Apply ing technical analytics expertise to business-facing contexts that drive impact
