This position entails providing essential support to the Operations Team, ensuring efficient administrative processes. Ideal candidates will possess a post-secondary diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years of related operational experience, especially in Indigenous organizations. Key duties include purchasing, fleet scheduling, contract assistance, and inventory management within the operational framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with general office administrative duties
• Manage fleet maintenance and scheduling
• Track inventory and assist in contract management
• Organize meetings and maintain records
• Support the Operations Department with various tasks
Requirements:
• Diploma in Office Administration or Business Services
• 1-3 years experience in Operations
• Familiarity with databases and fleet management
• Knowledge of Indigenous support services
• Valid G Class Driver’s License
