Stretch Zone is looking for Full-time and Part-time, energetic Sales Associates, Assistant Managers and Managers to help grow our membership base.
We’re looking for ambitious, sales-driven people who want an opportunity to grow with us.

What You’ll Do
Generate recent membership sales through consultations, studio tours and follow-up
Convert introductory stretches into long-term memberships
Build relationships with prospective and existing members
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
Follow up with leads by phone, text and email
Support member retention through excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and manage client communications
Represent Stretch Zone professionally in the local community
Learn our sales and operating systems with opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager and Manager roles
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of sales experience
Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections
Positive, energetic and self-motivated
Available to work some evenings and weekends
Preferred
Previous supervisory or management experience
Experience using CRM or booking software
Interest in fitness, health and wellness
