Support the Fire & Rescue Services team in Prince George as an Administrative Assistant. This role involves key administrative tasks and exceptional customer service for the community.

As a vital member of the City of Prince George’s Fire & Rescue Services, you will manage visitor inquiries and provide comprehensive administrative support. Your duties include payroll processing, statistical data entry, and maintaining organized records. With a focus on professionalism, you will assist fellow staff members and help enhance the operational efficiency of the division.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inquiries and direct visitors effectively
• Process payroll and complete data entry tasks
• Maintain filing systems and records management




• Provide administrative support to other roles
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:
• High school graduation and post-secondary accounting course
• Minimum three years of office administration experience
• Proficient in Word and Excel at an advanced level
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid full privilege Class 5 BC Driver's License required
