eQ Homes is seeking a Customer Care Technician to support multiple sites in Ottawa, ON. You will address warranty service deficiencies, handle emergency and interval service calls, and perform maintenance repairs on model homes and sales centers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
You should have solid general repair skills for new homes, familiarity with Tarion guidelines, and a customer-focused, proactive mindset.
