We are seeking an energetic and friendly part-time server to join our dynamic restaurant team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while providing clear receipts and change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and proper food safety practices
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service without compromising quality

Skills

- Proven food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting with strong guest service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations
- Solid communication skills to interact positively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus for understanding food preparation standards
