The Weekend

Host will report to the Managing Editor, delivering Nunavut/Nunavik morning programs. Essential skills include robust on-air presence, Inuktitut fluency, and understanding of Inuit culture. You will also assist with other programs and uphold journalistic standards for quality storytelling and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate broadcast equipment for live programs
- Engage in community relations to promote CBC
- Communicate with audience members effectively
- Perform technical functions for smooth station operations
- Archive programs and maintain scripts and lineups Requirements:
- Outstanding presentation abilities and Inuktitut skills
- Knowledge of Inuit culture and northern issues
