Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents and develop tailored treatment care plans
• Facilitate communication within the Occupational Therapy and interdisciplinary teams




• Implement and evaluate therapeutic programs for residents
• Ensure documentation aligns with Occupational Therapy standards
• Address ethical issues and promote resident comfort

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Licensed and in good standing with regulatory body
• Minimum two years of geriatric clinical experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must obtain a current Vulnerable Sector Check
