The Traxx Group of Companies is seeking a Service Manager to oversee service operations across North America. In this role, you will mentor Heavy Equipment Technicians, coordinate field operations, and solve complex equipment issues. Your expertise will drive improvements in reliability while managing technician schedules and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop Heavy Equipment Technicians and service personnel
• Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Manage technician scheduling and resource allocation




• Monitor equipment downtime and service performance
• Provide technical guidance for complex repairs

Requirements:
• Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification
• Minimum 5 years in heavy equipment service or industrial maintenance
• Previous leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulics
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with clean abstract
