Your role encompasses overseeing various projects including utilities, excavation, and shoring, while ensuring team productivity. Work closely with Project Managers and maintain adherence to quality standards throughout all job phases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations on civil construction assignments
• Coordinate crews, materials, and subcontractors for efficiency
