You'll manage all aspects of construction delivery—from pre-construction and planning through to execution and closeout—while working with a high-performing, collaborative team. This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by the opportunity to deliver essential projects that serve communities.About the Position As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee project setup, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while serving as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, site staff, and subcontractors. You'll provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The role offers a balance of office and field responsibilities and requires a proactive leader who can navigate challenges and drive performance across all project phases.ResponsibilitiesLead the setup and execution of commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects (mid-to-large scale, $30M+)Manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through closeoutOversee budgets, cost control, forecasting, and schedulingAct as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants,
