House of Friendship is seeking an individual dedicated to supporting our programs through indoor and outdoor maintenance.

Responsibilities include completing seasonal tasks, cleaning common areas, and supervising program participants. The position blends maintenance work with meaningful interactions, making empathy and respect key to your success. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform seasonal outdoor maintenance like mowing and shoveling
- Clean office and treatment areas to maintain hygiene
- Supervise and engage program participants in cleaning tasks




- Address behavioral concerns and support conflict resolution
- Assist with emergency clean-up and maintenance requests Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 education required
- 1-2 years of building maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of property standards and safety regulations
- Valid G class driver’s license and vehicle needed
