You will work weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM from our Navin office. Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and perform repairs
- Conduct routine checks on centralized systems
- Execute key preventative maintenance tasks across properties
- Assist with secondary maintenance during low-demand periods
- Participate in scheduled emergency on-call shifts Requirements:
