Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging training sessions on the principles and techniques of Wood Therapy (Maderotherapy), emphasizing proper use of tools and safety protocols
- Explain relevant medical terminology related to body anatomy, lymphatic systems, and therapeutic procedures to enhance trainee understanding
- Demonstrate hands-on application of wooden tools for various treatment areas, guiding participants through practical exercises
- Provide clear instructions on client consultation, treatment planning, and post-treatment care to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer




- Foster a positive learning environment by addressing questions, offering constructive feedback, and supporting skill development
- Maintain detailed training records, including attendance, progress assessments, and certification documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Maderotherapy to continuously improve training content

Experience

- Proven experience in performing or teaching Wood Therapy (Maderotherapy) with a strong understanding of its benefits and techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and wellness therapies
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Prior experience in training or educational roles within the beauty or wellness industry is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to engage diverse audiences and facilitate interactive learning experiences
