Your robust analytical background will support strategic planning and improve patient care through KPIs and statistical modeling. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze health data to uncover trends and patterns
• Develop and report clinical and quality KPIs
• Create automated dashboards and data visualizations




• Lead data solution development using Power BI and EPIC
• Mentor team members in data tools and techniques

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in related field required
• 3-5 years in Business Intelligence tools experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling
• Experience with hospital reporting considered an asset
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
