TLC Laser Eye Centre is seeking a dedicated Ophthalmic Technician, preferably an optician or a science graduate. This role focuses on providing outstanding customer service and accurate measurements during the patient care process. You will also work with advanced technologies and imaging in a supportive environment that values inclusivity and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete preoperative and postoperative patient measurements
• Validate imaging maps for accuracy and clarity




• Utilize advanced procedural knowledge and technologies
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients throughout processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in science or Opticianry program
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 and diagnostic tools
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in eye-care is advantageous
• Flexible availability, including weekends
