PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

Order Entry

Order tracking/shipment status updates

Answering phones

Part number entry as needed

Customer/contact entry

Fraud Detection

ESSENTIAL KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

Ability and comfort working with computer applications- the majority of time is spent working in NetSuite

Display a high level of punctuality and dependability

Excellent attention to detail

Fast and accurate typing skills

Personable and team-player attitude

Capability to work in a rapid-paced workplace

Ability to communicate in a clear and helpful manner when corresponding with customers

Aptitude for multi-tasking, task-switching, and strong organizational skills

Skilled time manager with a strong drive toward productivity

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Familiarity with NetSuite or similar business management software

Experience using a multi-line telephone system

Experience with sharing a workload while working as part of a team 4. Experience working in an open office environment

LOCATION:
This position is located in South Burlington, Vermont, with the option to work from home 40% of the time following the completion of training.
