WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & INTEGRATION SPECIALIST We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Management System & Integration Specialist to join a well-established organization within the warehousing, logistics and 3PL industry.
This position will play an important role in supporting warehouse technology, system integrations and new-client onboarding. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, IT, external system providers and clients to ensure efficient implementations and seamless transitions into ongoing operations.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting and optimizing WMS, ERP and TMS platforms
Leading system onboarding and integration projects for new clients
Coordinating EDI, API and FTP-based integrations
Troubleshooting system and operational issues
Supporting inventory control, order management and warehouse operations
Providing system training and communicating new features to operational teams
Working with clients and internal stakeholders to develop implementation plans




Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and system performance
Managing customer projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
The ideal candidate will bring: 5-7 years of warehouse management AND warehouse systems experience
Robust knowledge of warehousing, transportation and 3PL operations
Solid expertise working with WMS, ERP and TMS platforms
Working knowledge of SQL databases
The ability to read and understand XML and X12 formats
Experience with EDI, APIs and FTP transfer protocols
Strong project-management, problem-solving and client-facing skills
Experience with platforms such as RF Pathways WM1, Techship, WorldShip, EasyPost or CargoWise would be an asset
