Our client, a well-established family-owned manufacturing company located in Quebec's Eastern Townships, is seeking a Corporate Controller to join its leadership team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner responsible for overseeing financial operations while supporting key initiatives related to human resources and information technology.
Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
Oversee month-end and year-end processes
Manage cash flow and treasury activities
Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
Develop reporting tools, KPIs, and dashboards
Coordinate annual audit preparation
Support investment and financial analysis projects
Improve financial processes and internal controls
Strategic Partnership Advise senior leadership on financial and business decisions




Participate in strategic planning initiatives
Supervise a small accounting and administrative team
Identify opportunities to improve organizational performance
Human Resources & Administration Support discussions regarding compensation and internal policies
Participate in organizational development initiatives
Foster a positive and engaged workplace environment
Information Technology Support technology planning and system improvements
Contribute to process optimization initiatives
What We Offer Market-competitive salary of $100,000 to $115,000
