Aquent is partnering with a leading enterprise retailer to hire a Workfront Fusion Integration Specialist for a contract opportunity supporting a large-scale marketing technology ecosystem. This role will serve as a hands-on technical resource for Workfront Fusion, helping the Product team troubleshoot and strengthen existing integrations while designing new solutions that connect Workfront with enterprise content, product, and marketing platforms.
If you enjoy getting under the hood of integrations, solving complex technical problems, and becoming the person a team turns to when something isn’t working, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize Workfront Fusion scenarios and integrations across an enterprise marketing technology environment.
- Evaluate existing Fusion integrations and identify opportunities to improve their reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and develop durable solutions.
- Work with Product Management to translate business and roadmap requirements into technical integration solutions.
- Connect Workfront with platforms such as DAM, PIM/PCM, and other marketing and content technologies.
- Configure and work with APIs, connectors, authentication, data mapping, JSON transformations, webhooks, and integration logic.
- Strengthen monitoring, alerting, logging, and error handling across integrations.
- Partner with Product, IT, technology partners, and vendors on integration initiatives and technical issues.
- Participate in release planning and launch readiness, including technical dependencies, risks, and mitigation planning.
- Document integrations, data flows, technical processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to SMEs and power users so the organization can increasingly troubleshoot issues internally.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven hands-on experience designing and developing Workfront Fusion integrations in production environments.
- Strong experience building Fusion scenarios using connectors, authentication, data mapping, error handling, and version management.
- Strong understanding of the Workfront platform, including its data model, workflows, and custom forms.
- Experience working with REST APIs, OAuth, JSON, webhooks, and system-to-system integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, debug, and perform root-cause analysis on complex integrations.
- Experience reviewing or reverse-engineering existing integrations and improving how they work.
- Ability to work independently as a technical subject-matter expert while collaborating effectively with Product and IT.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating Workfront with DAM, PIM, PCM, content management, or other marketing technology platforms.
- Experience with the broader Adobe technology ecosystem.
- Background working within large enterprise or multi-vendor technology environments.
- Experience with data modeling, data normalization, or integrations spanning multiple brands or business units.
- Experience with Workfront governance, licensing, and enterprise-scale adoption.
- Experience training or enabling technical power users.
Why Apply?
- Become a key technical resource within a large enterprise marketing technology environment.
- Take ownership of meaningful Workfront Fusion integrations rather than simply administering the platform.
- Work across Product, IT, Martech, content, and technology teams on complex integration challenges.
- Influence how existing integrations are improved while helping shape current solutions on the Product roadmap.
- Join a remote-friendly team with opportunities for collaboration in Calgary or Toronto during key projects and launches.
